Arrived on time and very well constructed and easy to use.
It’s a very gorgeous T-shirt. The color/lettering/style suit the message of the shirt. Love it.
The only thing is that I would not use USPS to ship. In my area they are not reliable.
I became aware of the Vortic watch company while listening to a watch podcast a few weeks ago. I currently live in Colorado but my hometown where I was born and raised is Rockford, Illinois, the home of the Rockford pocket watch company. I called RT and spoke with him about his manufacturing process and how they convert these old pocket watches. I also told him about my back story of being from Rockford Illinois. He was able to find me a Rockford watch, which became the 006 in a bronze case. I’ve now spent a week with it on the wrist. First, I was hesitant on the case thickness as well as the case size at 45mm. I usually wear 42mm watch sizes, so this wasn’t a stretch. Putting it on the wrist, I was surprised how comfortable it was. It wears smaller than 45mm and has a nice lug angle to accommodate it’s size. I’ve come to really like the crown at the 12 oclock position as I’m left handed (wearing my watch on the right wrist) so it doesn’t get in the way. Secondly, it’s easy to wind on the wrist if you forget before putting it on at the beginning of the day. Being this is not an automatic movement, you must wind every day. As far as accuracy, I set it a week ago and so far it’s still keeping accurate time against my iphone. Are these expensive, well yes, but if you look at the craftmanship of the orginal movement, the case design and custom leather strap, the open case back and beautiful dial patina, this watch far surpasses any other in quality in the $4000 price point. I usually daily a Tudor or Omega but this watch is so much more interesting, it’s now my go to. My current problem at the moment is looking at their website every day to see if I may want to add another Vortic to my collection.

Being from the state I was intrigued by the Indiana 011 and after receiving it I can say it is certainly excellent. I don’t have large wrists and was worried it might look too big but it actually fits and looks great. Will definitely buy again!

I am very impressed with the quality of my Military Sixth Edition watch. The titanium case is beautiful and highly crafted. The movement looks like new and keeps excellent time. I have had a lot of compliments. I have referred quite a few people to Vortic. It wears light on the wrist in spite of its size. I consider it a very good investment and a historical treasure.
The first watch I’ve ordered online in years. When I first put it on I was in my car and alone, fortunately, because I uttered something really loud and really inappropriate for the public. This watch is sooooo coool! The dial is clean and nicely restored but is still obviously very old and shows great patina. The clear caseback shows off the movement nicely. I didn’t realize they were finished so well. I thought the watch would be too large to wear comfortably for more than a few hours but it looks great and I’ve worn it all day on more than one occasion. My only suggestion is the crown could be a bit smaller. Also, how about some different case materials? Fantastic work, kept them coming.
I am but now was a Rolex collector. I have bought my third watch from Vortic and I’m in love. No more Rolex and all the fakes out there. I’m getting ready to contact them about building me a few custom watches. Just love the look and the history of these watches. Great quality. Larry Sidener

I have the good fortune to own several high end timepieces. I’ve been waiting to make a Vortic purchase and when I saw Lancaster 069 I couldn’t wait any longer. I’m so thoroughly impressed with the build quality of this watch. It’s stunning from every angle. I love unique and I love history and the feeling I get carrying memories and moments on my wrist is powerful! It’s also an incredibly conversation piece! Absolutely no regrets and my first Vortic will probably not be my last.
The watch is a mix between vintage charm and industrial design. The titanium case wears perfect on wrist and gives the watch a substantial look. I’ve always loved pocket watches and this is the perfect way to enjoy them, in a modern practical way.
I don’t recall how I came across the Vortic Military watch, but when I read about the watch and saw the final product, I had to have it. The history alone is reason enough. Add in my Grandfather who flew B-17’s in the Army Air Corps, who was my hero growing up…and you couldn’t hold me back. I was getting one. As the months counted down to Veterans Day, the release date, I researched the watch, the pocket watch in original form. I asked my mom and my Aunts about if Grandad had one of the watches and if they remembered seeing him with one. Hoping maybe in his old locker, there might be one. No luck. Knowing that these masterpieces sell out very quickly, I began a plan B. Buy a Hamilton from that era off the web and hope the guys at Vortic would make one for me. Fortunately for me, plan A worked out and I was able to get in and purchase one of the first 20 and fulfill my desire to honor my Grandfather and the men who persevered over the skies of Europe. Once I received the watch I was amazed at everything about it. It looks brand new, because it essentially is! To top off the experience, and I mean it’s an experience receiving this watch. The packaging and accessories included blew me away, completely unexpected. I’m so proud of the watch, it sits out in plain view of all that come though my humble abode, displayed with pride on the included display. Owning a watch like this is a true honor and I treat it as I’m just a messenger, explaining the history and meaning to all that ask. This is an amazing time piece, the quality is beyond reproach and I am proud to wear and share this historic timepiece.
